Deborah has over 20 years experience in marketing, publishing, consulting, and for the last 13 years, digital. Deborah is a former director of UK agency Wheel (now part of LBI) and Managing Director of LBI Europe. She specialises in working with retailers on the development of their multichannel business strategy. Her client experience includes Comet, DSGi, Thomas Cook, Debenhams, John Lewis, Kodak, Waitrose and Laithwaites.

Claire Hunt Chief Strategy Officer and Co-founder
Claire started out in advertising, working with FMCG brands. She moved into digital 12 years ago. Client experience includes Marks & Spencer, Comet, P&G and Sara Lee. Formerly Retail Client Partner at Wheel, (now part of LBi), Claire was Digital Strategy Director at Saatchi & Saatchi and Group Planning Director for LBi Europe.

Nadia Turan Associate Creative Director
Nadia has been responsible for creative strategies and concept development for well-known brands including Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Mobile, Nike and Coca Cola. She pioneered the use of social channels for Sainsbury's, winning the Campaign Digital Award for Best Relationship Marketing. In her spare time, Nadia's an exhibiting artist (a Royal Academician) and an inventor (just Google 'Nogg'). At Candi she heads up the creative team.

Mark Eburne Production Director
Mark started his digital career as a software consultant - a grass roots understanding of technologies that has been invaluable to him when constructing and directing complex programmes of work. Mark's client experience includes Waitrose, Boots, Carphone Warehouse, Volkswagen, Curry's Digital, Baileys, and Peroni Italy. Mark gained significant hands-on experience in project management at Avenue A I Razorfish, LBI, Agency Republic and Tribal DDB. He became Head of Project Management at Grand Union in 2009. Mark specialises in establishing tailored project management solutions for Candi's clients.

Stuart Toller Technical Director
Stuart has 13 years development experience in commercial environments, encompassing eCommerce, rich marketing, content and multichannel design. He specialises in solving problems in complex commercial and legacy/ green field technical environments, and de-mystifying jargon. Formerly the technical director at Global Beach, his previous client experience includes Casio, Bentley, RNID.org, ITN.co.uk and ITN Source. Arriving in 2011 at Candi, his mission is to make the seemingly impossible, possible.

Daisy Candi Pooch
Daisy started her digital career in 2008 after a short spell as assistant to a poacher in rural Kent.
At Candi, she is responsible for ensuring the well-being of our busy team and clients, offering calming opportunities to tickle behind her ears. She also enjoys leading rigorous classes in frisbee throwing and rubber chicken destruction.
Daisy is proud to have scored 10/10 in our recent client satisfaction survey and is frequently requested as a member of our clients' core agency team.
